Disaster?
Great establishment with great potential and facilities only if handled properly
1) SPA if you like to see a waiting line to enter any sauna this is the place… 2) leakages along corridors to go to rooms 3) room door could not lock got fixed after 4 calls and 3 hrs of waiting 4) no water in the morning to take shower ( the did bring 6 bottles of water but ……) 5) food at the sort of (Restaurant) risotto not cooked but waited over 1 hr for it 6) got refunded the night (gesture nice) but is not was I looking for 7) elevators not working 8) electricity issues…. And much more…..

Good spa, very average hotel
The spa is good, not amazing, but good and the grounds are lovely.
At the weekend they let in too many guests so it becomes very, very busy. This is also a spa first and hotel second, the hotel in isolation I think would be worthy of 3 stars only. Also for the spa, both pools are heated so when it’s hot outside there is nowhere to cool off.

Disappointing
Nice rooms
- you can’t adjust the heating, it was to hot in the room-26 deg. C -hotel is completely orientated on spa guest, almost all guests are walking in bathrobes everywhere in hotel, so I felt like I was in hospital - during a day you can’t have a drink or snack anywhere, except in the golf house, which is not a part of hotel, hotel bar is closed during the day - they don’t provide bottles of water in the rom, except one small bottle in refrigerator ( chargeable ) - spa is totally overcrowded with lots of day visitors - hotel facilities are hardly 3stars
